RECIPE 2: Kimchi Stew | KYU 🥒
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cucumber
• 400g of pork shoulder
• 400g of kimch
• 1 onion
• Chilli powder
• Sugar
• Salt
• Sesame oil
• Secret powder from korea (nothing illegal)
• Soy sauce
• Eggs

RECIPE
1. Cut cucumber
Cut it in half vertical way and get rid of seeds inside cucmber and chop it. Not too thin not too thick
2. Season the cucumber with salt for 20 minutes
3. Cut pork shoulder
Boil it in the water for 1 minute and pour the water. Fill it with fresh water and start boiling again
4. Heat up sesame oil and turn the heat off

Kyu: I walked into the British Museum all excited but left thinking... “what about that was British?”
Lu: Exactly! Everything’s been stolen.
Kyu: Stolen? Really? Not bought?
Eva [raising an eyebrow]: Mmhmm
Lu: That could be show research; stealing something from THEM.
Eva: They’d revoke my visa if we were caught.
Kyu [slyly]: I have quick hands
