RECIPE 6: Key-lime pie | CHELSEA 🥧

INGREDIENTS 

* 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
* 3 egg yolks (whites not used)
* 1/2 cup lime juice
* Hob nob crust made with crushed biscuits and butter 
* Squirty cream!

RECIPE

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Place biscuits in a large mortar and pestle and pound them until they turn into coarse crumbs.

3. Melt the butter then combine with the crumbs to make a crust. 

4. Pour the crumbs into the prepared pie pan and spread them evenly and loosely. Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides

5. Combine sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks in a large bowl; mix well.

6. Bake in the preheated oven until filling is set, about 15 minutes.

7. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Chelsea : Honestly, I think he’d like a recipe from the tin

Lu : He really would!

Chelsea : He’d look at it and think (wags head and does fancy fingers) “I’ll have a little cake”
